APPOINTMENT POLICY UPDATE  ( PLEASE READ )

At Trendy Transformations Salon, we value your time and ask that you respect ours as well.

A $30 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments.

The entire $30 booking fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. $25 of the booking fee will be applied toward your service balance at the time of your appointment. The remaining $5 covers processing and administrative fees and is not applied toward your service total.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide adequate notice whenever possible.

Same-Day Cancellations
Appointments canceled on the same day as the scheduled service will result in a fee equal to 50% of the remaining service balance. This balance must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled.

No Call / No Show Policy
Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment and do not provide notice, will be considered a No-Call/No-Show.

To book with Traci J again, the full balance of the missed service must be paid in full before a future appointment will be approved.​

SALON GUEST POLICY

Due to limited seating, there will be no extra guests and children allowed in the salon unless they are being serviced. Failure to comply will result in appointment cancellation.
