APPOINTMENT POLICY UPDATE  ( PLEASE READ )

At Trendy Transformations Salon, we value your time and ask that you respect ours as well.

Effective immediately, we will no longer require a booking fee to schedule an appointment.

However, the following policies are in place to ensure fairness and availability for all clients:

24-Hour Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a $50 cancellation fee. This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments.

No Call / No Show Policy
Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will no longer be eligible to book future appointments.

SALON GUEST POLICY

Due to limited seating, there will be no extra guests and children allowed in the salon unless they are being serviced. Failure to comply will result in appointment cancellation.
