Service Description
• Who it’s for: Someone who has certain areas that are more resistant, under-processed, or need smoothing (like edges, nape, or crown). • What it does: Relaxer is applied only to specific sections, not the whole head. • Purpose: To correct uneven texture or smooth resistant areas without redoing the entire relaxer. Semi-Permanent Color • No developer — it’s a direct dye. • Sits on top of the hair shaft (doesn’t penetrate deeply). • Lasts: About 2-4 shampoos. • Covers: Blends gray but doesn’t fully cover it. • Best for: Adding shine or a color refresh between permanent color services.

Appointment Policy Update! At Trendy Transformations Salon, we value your time and ask that you respect ours as well. Effective immediately, we will no longer require a booking fee to schedule an appointment. However, the following policies are in place to ensure fairness and availability for all clients: • 24-Hour Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. • Late Cancellations Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a $50 cancellation fee. This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments. • No Call / No Show Policy Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will no longer be eligible to book future appointments. We appreciate your understanding, cooperation, and continued support. Thank you for choosing us to care for your beauty needs Pricing Policy: If guest incorrectly books services for upcoming appointment, additional service fees will apply and be requested on day of service. Right to refuse service: Traci Jefferson has the right to refuse services ay any time during the appointment process.
